Summer Reading Program: Color Coded Secrets! In-Person

Color Coded Secrets: Unplugged Coding Fun - Discover the colorful side of coding with Color Coded Secrets! In this hands-on program, kids will learn the basics of binary code—the language of computers—and use it to create secret messages and names. Using a binary code chart, they'll design vibrant color patterns or even craft bracelets that "spell" out their favorite words in secret code. We’ll explore how computers use binary to communicate, then get creative with unplugged coding by turning ones and zeros into beautiful, wearable art. This is the perfect way to learn about coding, patterns, and problem-solving—no screens required!

Best for ages 6-10 years. Registration required.
