FCL Artist Series: Jackson Pollock In-Person
Join us for our first program in the FCL Artist Series! Learn about and make a themed craft based on the art of modern artist Jackson Pollock. We will read about Pollock's life and learn about why he created art and his inspirations, and using acrylic paint, we will create our own 'Jackson Pollock' painting! This program is best for children ages 6-11. Registration Required.
The FCL Artist Series is a series of children's programs following different famous artists throughout history, with each program highlighting a different artist and their work. The series encourages children to analyze artwork and discover the deeper meaning in various examples of art while inspiring them to create their own through themed crafts.
